Press Release announcing completion of the sale of KUFX (FM) and KSJO (FM), San Jose, CA
The Aloha Station Trust, LLC has announced the successful closing of separate transactions for the sale of two radio stations serving the San Jose, CA market. Entercom Communications Corporation has purchased KUFX (FM) and Universal Media Access, a subsidiary of Principle Broadcasting, has purchased KSJO (FM). The purchase price was not disclosed for either transaction.
Media Venture Partners, LLC represented the Aloha Trust, LLC in both transactions.
