Jason Hill co-founded the telecom group at Media Venture Partners (MVP). While with MVP, Mr. Hill has advised on over 50 M&A and capital raising transactions for wireless service, tower and communications infrastructure companies. Mr. Hill joined MVP after working as an associate at Amsterdam Pacific Securities, where he was involved with a number of telecommunications and media transactions.

Prior to joining Amsterdam Pacific, Mr. Hill was an analyst in the investment banking division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. While with Goldman Sachs, he executed a number of equity, debt and M&A transactions related to the electric utility and oil & gas industries.

Mr. Hill received his B.S. in Finance and Economics from Boston College.
